Library Director

Annette Dean took over as Director in September of 2018. Before coming to CCPL, Annette had worked at Hudson Public Library in Hudson IA as Assistant Library Director for 8 years. She has worked in libraries in a variety of capacities since 2006. She obtained her masters degree from the University of Iowa in 2010. She originally grew up on a farm outside of Sioux Falls, SD but now lives with her husband and two daughters in Waverly, IA. When not at work she enjoys playing board games, reading, and playing at the park with her daughters.
